Are you or anyone you know interested in joining a model railway club? For the first time we are advertising ourselves to anyone interested in joining.
Membership age starts at 16 years ago but we have a junior membership that starts at 12 years old.
We are having an open day on the 23rd of May 2026 from 1pm to 4pm to anyone who thinks they might like to join or want to see what it is like. More open days in the future and this will be adverted at a later date).
We’ve had people contact us interested in joining but are unable to on a weekday, so we are now looking into having an official weekend opening to those who are unable to join us during the week.
We have three layouts always set up in the club rooms which are:
Tyock Junction in N gauge.
Strathheldon in OO gauge.
Glebe Street in O gauge.
You are welcome to bring your engines and rolling stock to run on these layouts!
We have three new layouts under construction and all in different stages.
We will have the 3D printer running and some club members to show how we use the printer and the items we have made on it.
Tea/coffee, biscuits, scones and cake to be enjoyed at the club!
